Upcoming Seminar: The Truth About Loans

If you are serious about seeking financing for your business, attend the Financing Roundtable seminar presented by TEAM SBA on April 20.

Presenters will debunk the myths and demystify the process of bank financing – in plain English. Learn how your loan application will be analyzed, what underwriting criteria is used, and how banking regulations affect the decision.

The roundtables are free to attend, but registration is required.

This session will be held on the campus of Delta College, 1961 Delta Road, Room A035, University Center, Michigan on Friday, April 20, 2007, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. To register, call (989) 686-9597.

Over the last several years, TEAM SBA has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs gain a better understanding of the financing process. Attendess are required to have good credit, a solid business idea and some money to invest in your business. Please note, the SBA does not provide loan guarantees to real estate investment firms and this type of financing is not discussed at the roundtables.
