AMPM, Inc., a Midland-based, full-service marketing communications agency has recently hired a selection of professional talent to support client growth the agency has experienced in regional, national and international work.

With an additional office in Detroit, AMPM is uniquely positioned to support the strategic sales/growth initiatives, variety of outreach and communication tactics, and other marketing challenges that both simple and complex businesses face, by generating fresh, affordable ideas backed by more than a half-century of knowledge.

Deanna Campbell joins AMPM, Inc., as Account Executive to serve as a key liaison for core client work with Dow Corning in the area Electronics, which includes automotive, LED, Thermal, Lithography, Chemical Vapor Deposition and SOD. In addition, Deanna supports Dow Corning Channel Marketing. With an MBA from Davenport University focused in Communications & Marketing, and possessing a solid career background directing multi-channel communications programs for entities such as the Ave Maria Foundation and Charter Communications, she is well-versed in directing and managing complex, multi-dimensional campaigns based on client-set objectives.

Awarded a coveted internship with AMPM in 2006 when a CMU undergrad, Joe Rivard was a natural fit for full-time employment with AMPM Inc. Graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Art in Graphic Design, Joe is a Lead Designer for the agency, working closely with Ty Smith, Associate Creative Director. Joe is working with a diverse range of clients and communications objectives for regional, national and international clients, producing award-winning print, web, and interactive presentations.

With a formidable background and education in process and project management, systems and operations analysis, marketing and sales, Carol J. Schaefer has fluid experience in managing change in a fast-paced, on-demand business environment. As AMPM Inc.'s new Project Manager, Carol's keen intellectual resources are engaged to support all aspects of agency creative development and delivery. Working to ensure that every client's projects are meeting the exacting schedule the agency and the client have determined, Carol is relentless in the pursuit of perfectly balancing all aspects of each tactical execution.

Katie Sunderman joins AMPM from successfully directing new business for another regional agency, bringing over 55 new clients to them during her tenure. Possessing a strong business background in management, public relations and sales with firms such as IBM, John Hancock and also with arts-related non-profit organizations regionally and nationally, Katie is singularly suited to take a lead role as an Account Executive, assuring client strategic communication goals are met and exceeded. Katie is working with Case Systems, Mid-Michigan Innovation Center, and Caltech as well as keeping the agency active in pressing their tremendous skills towards new client opportunities.
