Loons Purchase Local Radio Station
The Great Lakes Loons organization has announced the purchase of radio station WYLZ 100.9-FM from the Last Bastion Trust. The station was previously owned by Citadel Broadcasting.


Governor Announces Local Transportation Projects Related to Local Business
Governor Jennifer M. Granholm has announced that an estimated 1,285 jobs, including 710 associated with alternative energy companies, will be created through an investment of more than $4 million in state Transportation Economic Development Fund (TEDF) grants.
